Ahh, the youth of today. An ambitious, tech-savvy and future-focused bunch. And for employers…a bit of a mystery. When it comes to attracting and engaging young people, it’s fair to say there’s been a bit of generational guesswork going on. That’s why we’ve taken it upon ourselves to understand how they think – and really learn what’s driving their decision-making.

We spoke to just over 1,000 young people aged between 13 and 25 and turned our findings into this very handy, very digestible report. Think of it as a window into how the new generation are visualising their futures, how they’re making big career decisions, and where they’re getting their information from. And of course, us being us, we haven’t just provided data. We’ve provided recommendations, too.
