BlackRock: Diversity events & marketing
Encouraging and retaining women in technology roles is an ongoing challenge – and one we’ve got a lot of experience with. Take our work with Blackrock. We developed a targeted attraction campaign, screened and selected 40 high-calibre female STEM students from leading universities, and then delivered an Investment Management Technology event that combined education, insight and networking, held at the client’s offices. From the event, nine female students were hired onto their internship programme.
