Capgemini Consulting needed our help to establish a unique employer proposition in a highly competitive market. After we had conducted some rigorous research, we developed our EVP findings into a compelling creative campaign that talked to both existing consultants and those in specialist industry sectors who hadn’t considered consulting as a career. Our multi-channel media plan and creative executions combined to produce a campaign that focused on the attributes of the new employer brand – which led to a totally new pool of talent.
