A colleague of mine was working on a film for one of our clients recently. She was looking through all the transcripts of the people we would be shooting and gave me one of them to read. This was Brian. And I was captivated.

However, he heard about our client’s apprenticeship programme through the Job Centre. It has taken him in a completely different direction and he has discovered things about himself that he didn’t know before – like he is great at customer service.
